This product does not qualify for a return or refund unless packaging is damaged. 

If you purchase a Renewal and decide it isn't quite right for you, you may cancel your subscription at any time.  You must contact Jenna through email hello@aspenbotanicals.com to discuss termintating your Renewal and your refund.
